CanadaPost Expedited Service
You will receive your purchase 4 to 7 business days from the time we process your order.
If you are in the British Columbia region you will usually receive you order within 1 or 2 days.
For our East Coast customers, please allow 4 – 7 business days for delivery.
CanadaPost ExpressPost Service
You will receive your purchase 1 to 3 business days from the time we process your order.
If you are in the British Columbia region you will usually receive you order the next day.
For our East Coast customers, please allow up to 3 business days maximum for Express shipments.
Shipping Rates:
For exact shipping costs for the item(s) you're most interested in, it is good idea to put it in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You do not have to submit the order, this is just an easy way to get the shipping and tax in amount.
Purchasers delivering to remote areas of their Province
For any people who do not receive mail on a daily basis,
we may notify you regarding an additional shipping Fee of between $5 – $10.
This occurs mostly when your postal code has the number “0” in it.
We will email you promptly if your order applies to these extra shipping charges.
Basically, if you receive your mail via air drop or water plane this applies to you :- )

Non Canadian / United States Residents:
For residents outside of the US and Canada, we offer Overseas shipping. Please make sure to select this shipping method if you live outside North America. Deliver times may vary depending on your Country, but usually takes between 3-10 business days from the time we process your order. If u you accordingly.

All orders that are sent on Friday will only be received on the following Monday.
Overseas Shipping Policies:
Overseas deliveries usually take about a week to be received, depending on the location of the customer. Please note that we do not provide overnight overseas shipments. Deluxe Pleasure Love Products Inc. will not be held responsible for any Duties or International Customs fees that overseas customer's may be charged. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Incorrect Address Problems:
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

Checking Information :
If you place your order from an Overseas County, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, Deluxepleasure.com reserves the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. If we feel that something is suspicious, we may or may not ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by FAX. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Personal Identification includes Passport, Driver's License, Scanned Image or Fax of Credit Card, and/or Photo Identification. Specifics will be detailed in an email which will be sent to the customer.
