DELUXE PLEASURE SWING Installation Instructions

NO ATTIC ACCESS:
(Eye screw max. weight capacity of 300 lbs.)
Buy 2 appropriate 3″ heavy duty eye screws, 5/16 in diameter
(Available at any hardware store.)
Find the location you would like to hang your swing (remember you will be swinging). Close to the centre of the room is a good location. Find centre of beam (use a stud finder) Drill appropriate pilot hole 3 inches deep. Put washer on eye screw. Screw in eye screw, using large screwdriver to turn it all the way in. (If eye screw becomes easy to turn this is a bad sign, it means you have come out of your beam. Move over about 6″ and drill another pilot hole, make sure you drill hole straight, to prevent this from happening again.) Measure over 60″ and use same procedure. Do not remove eye screws. Separate beams can also be used.

ATTIC ACCESS:

(Eye bolt max. weigh capacity of 500 lbs.)
Drill two 3/8″ holes through beam about 60″ apart from the top down. (Two separate beams can be used). Put 2″ washers onto the eye bolts and insert into beam. Put another 2″ washer on eye bolts and screw on Lock nuts and tighten. Clip the swing onto the mounted eye bolts.

After the swing (which comes fully assembled) has been mounted, flip all the pads for an outward twist on the straps for added comfort. Adjust swing to your desired height using the top two straps. It is fully adjustable and is made to accommodate a full range of movements. The seat, back, head and stirrup straps are individually adjustable for personal comfort.

Back, head, and stirrup straps may loosen without constant pressure. Find desired position, put straps through slides to lock in place. This mainly applies to the back straps for safety.

Take the swing wherever you go. Using chain, webbing or a strong rope, simply wrap around tree branch or beam. Take it camping or maybe near your pool or hot tub and have a good time.

After Swing is Mounted

Once your swing is mounted, DO NOT DISCONNECT ANYTHING! The Swing is connected to the TWO MAIN HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT COMPONENTS on each side. They are Adjusted to an Average Height, If you can not reach the TOP ADJUSTER BUCKLES, you will have to adjust them longer.

This is IMPORTANT so you can lift up on the ADJUSTER BUCKLES TO LOWER THE SWING. When you have desired height…… MAKE SURE YOUR TOP STEEL SLIDES ARE POSITIONED,1 INCH BELOW THE STEEL D’S AT THE TOP. (THIS IS A MUST FOR SAFETY)

If desired cut off excess length and burn the ends of the straps so they don’t fray. Seams should be facing up on Seat, Back and Head. Flip the seat, back and head pads clock wise to create a outwards twist on the seat straps,This will also turn the Cluster of Adjustment Buckles to the right position.

NEXT UNTUCK the height adjustment straps from the black and silver slides just above the handles on each side. To LOWER the swing lift up slightly on the TOP ADJUSTER BUCKLES. To RAISE THE SWING simply pull down on the TWO MAIN HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT STRAPS on each side. Sit in the swing and adjust to desired height .For safety always tuck the height adjustment straps back into slides.

For the safety feature to work, THIS STEP IS A MUST. The seat straps are locked in but can be adjusted if desired. Now untuck straps from the slides on the back,head and stirrups and adjust to desired position. Back, Head and Stirrups may Loosen without constant pressure. For safety always tuck straps back into slides. For the restraints, put straps through the D’s from the inside to out and tuck back through,this will give you instant adjustment up and down,to lock in tuck straps into slides.
